Good Program Planning in Organizations

For any program to run up smoothly, it must be generative and should provide profits to the business. From my point of view, I could not let the program to continue in with losses; I would rather close them. This is because for a business to continue operating, several resources need to be used. Continued use of search resources with no profits to the business will make the business operate at higher debts.  The executive leadership training is a program that had poor plans and this is the reason which made the program not to operate irrespectively from what the manager expected .

The biggest problem for any poorly operating program comes from poor decision making. Again, it can be caused by the leadership of the manager. From my opinion, the decision made during the start of the program affected the training for the executive leadership. The targeted issues were not appropriate to the program. In addition, the manager might have been managing the program poorly and thus the reason why it did not work as expected
