Training is another crucial thing to employees. The employees are not psyched up, so i would organised training for the employees. These training would mostly be based on improving the attitude of the employees towards their jobs. These training would be of great use because they would help the employees love their jobs more and by so doing they would work harder in their respective fields.

Another format I would use to improve the morale of my employees would be by engaging them in a different activity rather than office work. This would be an activity like community service. This would make the employees mingle with the society, and the community work would make them feel more useful and needed in the society.
