After viewing the film Dead Poets Society, choose one of the following questions to answer:
1. Do you believe Neil would have found happiness if he had followed his father’s wishes instead of pursuing acting? Why or why not? In your own life, what considerations do you have to weigh about your future to ensure happiness?
2. What lesson does Mr. Keating try to teach the students about their individuality? Use a specific moment or moments to support your point. In your own life, what do you hope your “verse” will be?
