Unit 8 Discussion: Reflecting on Career Goals

You have performed a job announcement search in previous cybersecurity courses multiple times. You have also had the opportunity to interview your peers. Most likely, the job search announcements have changed along with your preferences and future career goals. In this discussion, you are going to reflect on those changes. Consider discussion posts you have made regarding career-related discussions in previous courses as you answer the following questions.

Provide answers to the following reflection questions:

• Research Strategies: Reflect on your strategies for researching job availability and company information. Did you encounter any challenges or discover any effective methods during your previous attempts?
• Application of Skills: Consider how the activities, assignments, and tasks in the cybersecurity courses align with real-world skills you may need in your future careers. As you performed job announcement searches, did you find you had the ability to find jobs that matched the skills you have? Were you able to articulate your skills accurately?
