In this forum, post your top 5 I-Search topics that you have come up with thus far, and how you are doing in your preliminary research. Remember you can choose any topic but avoid those which are overly sensational (e.g. topics for which a lot of the information you find will not be reliable or academic).

You can present your topics as a statement OR as a question – e.g. The impact of affirmative action on California public college admissions – or – How has affirmative action impacted college admissions practices at California public colleges? Sometimes the question can be more helpful at this stage, as it puts you in the mindset of searching for the answer.
