Employee Motivational Theory-Write a paper applying the insights you have learned regarding motivational theory of individuals/teams by developing two (2) or three (3) initiatives that can be actionized into your organization of study. Be specific as to the positive outcomes you expect and the negative factors that may cause foreseen stress to avoid or minimize.

Discuss how you will implement these initiatives and what changes in an employee mindset may be required to overcome any dissention or resistance that is likely to be met.

Support your paper with a minimum of three resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Length: 6 pages, not including title and reference pages. Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
