Predictors: Describe three predictors (e.g., psychological tests, interviews, work sample) that you would use to identify applicants who would likely meet the criteria. Make sure to explain how each will help you to predict the criteria, and why each is relevant.
Validation: Describe how you would determine whether these predictors are valid.
Implementation: Assuming your approach is valid, describe how you would generally assess applicants (e.g., first they would complete an application, etc.).
