Using the provided Training documentation (pages 11 – 16) and 3 job descriptions （files attached) you are required to select one job description and plan a 3 hour training session appropriate for people working in the job role (job description) you have selected.

You will select a suitable training activity that a (new or existing) member of staff will need in relation to the job description you have selected. This training activity should enhance their knowledge, understanding and skill sets.

Please note:  Your second assessment requires you to deliver a time constrained element of your training activity suitable for people working within the Tourism sector. You should factor this when designing your training plan.
