Personal Statement for Undergraduate School

I am applying for transferring to university and I am a current student from community college. I wrote an outline for my personal statement which includes points I want to mention. Probably need to reorganize my sentence! I hope someone can make it into a complete and fantastic essay! It is really important for me!
