Topic:  The motivation levels of employees can vary greatly across an organization, are driven by many different factors, and can be modified through intended or unintended efforts.  We have found that the likelihood of positive results associated with organizational change efforts is directly correlated with recognition of and attention to employee motivation levels. Employee motivation directly affects the chance of success for an organizational change.

Criteria:  Cite papers that support that link, show what factors influence motivation, and present recommended actions to increase the chance of success.  For example, education and salary levels correlate to embracing changes, which might lead you to assess the targets of change regarding those levels.  Also, implement and discuss ‘Maslow’s Need Hierarchy Theory’ and ‘Adams’s Equity Theory of Motivation’.

The paper must follow the format in the attached ‘Paper_Outline.jpg’ and include a literature review for each the attached articles (4 reviews total). The paper should be double-spaced with one-inch margins on all four sides, in a 10-point Arial font. The paper must be 12 pages in length. Paper must be in MS Word.
