After reading the article “Bridging Faultlines in Diverse Teams” ( separate file attached ) (Week Three Reading) explain the theory of fault lines as it might apply to group projects in this course for which the exercise is to write a joint research paper. Discuss the concept of diverse teams that are challenged by mistrust, stereotyping. This is a team project and this is my section of the paper . Your paper should be per APA guidelines.
