Ethical Self-assessment

Once you complete the ethical self-assessment in Connect, post your findings here.  Do you agree or disagree with the findings?  Is there anything you would like to change about yourself?  If so, what would that be and how would you do it?  If two people were hired in at the same time, both doing the same work, and both performing with high standards, would you pay them the same?  What if you did not like one of them?  What if one of them were Native American and one was of Indian ethnicity?  Mexican and Scandinavian or from any other different cultures?  Male or female?  One with a family and one without?  Would there be any reason for you to pay one more than the other?  If so, what would that reason or factor be?

Your journal must be at least two paragraphs in length; remember, a paragraph is more than one sentence.  It should be thorough and honest.  This is your place to express yourself, where no one but the instructor will see.  There are no right or wrong answers, but you will be graded on the content.
