Formatting is the process of arranging and organizing a publication in order to display it as a quality finished product. In other language, formats are specified plans which are arranged in a logical manner to enhance the final outcome of a piece. Formatting can also be used to describe arrangement of data in order to ensure that it is in line with a particular writing style.
