🚗 Motion
Example:
A car travels 120 m in 10 s.
Speed = distance ÷ time
= 120 ÷ 10 = 12 m/s
A car travels 120 m in 10 s.
Speed = distance ÷ time
= 120 ÷ 10 = 12 m/s
If velocity changes from 5 m/s to 25 m/s in 10 s:
Acceleration = (25 − 5) ÷ 10 = 2 m/s²
More Motion
Acceleration = (25 − 5) ÷ 10 = 2 m/s²
⚙️ Forces
Newton’s Second Law:
F = ma
If m = 4 kg and a = 3 m/s²:
F = 4 × 3 = 12 N
F = ma
If m = 4 kg and a = 3 m/s²:
F = 4 × 3 = 12 N
Weight = mg
If m = 10 kg:
W = 10 × 9.8 = 98 N
More Forces
If m = 10 kg:
W = 10 × 9.8 = 98 N
⚡ Energy & Work
Work Done = Force × Distance
W = 20 × 5 = 100 J
W = 20 × 5 = 100 J
Kinetic Energy = ½mv²
m = 2 kg, v = 6 m/s
KE = ½ × 2 × 36 = 36 J
More Energy
m = 2 kg, v = 6 m/s
KE = ½ × 2 × 36 = 36 J
🔌 Electricity
Ohm’s Law:
V = IR
If I = 2 A and R = 5 Ω:
V = 10 V
V = IR
If I = 2 A and R = 5 Ω:
V = 10 V
Electrical Power:
P = VI = 10 × 2 = 20 W
More Electricity
P = VI = 10 × 2 = 20 W
