Sign up for accounts in Azure and AWS. For Azure, you will sign up with an Azure for students account and for AWS, it will be a general AWS account.

In AWS, create an administrative account with console access only (username should be your student email), as well as a programmatic access account for automation (Otto). Use these accounts for administration throughout the course. In AWS, ensure that your administrative account, as well as the initial root/admin account, are configured with multifactor authentication.

For this assignment, take instructional notes and screenshots that would help you reproduce each step. Include the following in your instructional notes:

• Administrative account in AWS in accordance with security best practices with Admin policy attached.
• Administrative account in AWS with MFA (multifactor authentication) device configured in order to reduce system risks.
• Otto account in AWS with Admin policy attached and programmatic access only.
• The overview screen for your Azure for Students account.
• In a paragraph, explain how to minimize systems risks, threats, and vulnerabilities using best practices in user and resource administration.
