Cyber-free Day

READ THIS ENTIRE ASSIGNMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BEGIN AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS EXACTLY.

1. Before you start this assignment, schedule Two (2) thirty (30) minutes for uninterrupted Free writing time, and 30 additional minutes for creating and typing two (2) draft thesis statements.  Do not schedule your one typing sessions together.  Take a break in between the free writing and the Thesis Writing.
2. Before you do any Free Writing:

• Go to Course Information for our course in Blackboard
• Carefully read the article, “Fear of a Disconnected Life” and the Internet Addiction Questions/Prompts
• The topic of the assignment and your next essay is One Cyber-free (Disconnected) Day Every Week

3. Type your Free writing in a WORD document for no more than 30 minutes, You should have at least one full page. You can write your opinions, examples, explanations of how you think being Cyber-free for one day each week would affect you and other people.
4. After you finish #3. Create and type two (2) draft theses statements (based on your free writing) for a five (5) graph essay in the same document. This should take no more than thirty (30) minutes.
