The transition to the new ownership group is an aspect that needs adequate handling. The transition needs to be explained to every individual in the organization. Pam Janusz should set up a meeting and during the meeting there needs to be interactive presentations that will aid promote clarity and support amongst the staff. She needs to create a resistant in order to change program for all those that might have any issues regarding the transition stage. Creating a call centre for all the employees that might have questions and problems will be a significant step for undertaking. This will make the employees and the entire staffs feel that they have a significant role in the hotel and feel that their views matter in the transition stage
