Immigration Problems in the United States

My research question is on the current immigration problems in the U.S. In my research, I will outline and discuss the major issues facing the immigration system. I will also attempt to answer whether it is constitutionally right and economically beneficial to legalize the millions of undocumented immigrants in the United States. However, I will also be conducting a research on the political dynamics that influence immigration policies and the implications’ if  an amnesty should be passed.
