Your information technology organization needs a plan for structuring their work and the work of team members. There are many methods of project management. One popular method used in information technology organizations is named Kanban because it promotes visualizing work as it flows through a system. Research using Kanban for project management and open-source Kanban software. Write a recommendation to management about using the said software for your organization.
