Research through case studies in textbooks; or articles in newspaper/journals; or reports and article on the internet. The research must be based on a real life project undertaken by any company in any industry. The article or report must highlight some problems on the project. In other words, you are to identify a  project that faced problem(s) during the project life cycle.

Discuss the challenges that organization face when implementing projects. As a consultant to the organization, you need to identify and proposal relevant strategies and/or actions (relevant to this subject) that should be adopted by the organization to overcome the reported problems.

Minimum 10 reference list in Harvard Referencing style.
