Attached is the completed spreadsheet for the MIS Deliverable, here’s how it works:
We are using the the Capstone Courier and copy and pasting the information into the pre-made tabs. For example, the “Production Report” for Round 1 is pasted into the tab “1-Prod” by clicking on tab A1 and pasting. It is important that each report be pasted in A1, or the look ups will not work!
All of the input tabs are hidden at the moment because there are so many of them, but if you want to bring one up, just right click on any random tab and select “Unhide” and it’ll bring up the list of hidden tabs. In order for all of the reports to be up to date, we need to copy and paste into the following tabs:
- Aware & Access
- SlctFncls (Selected Financials)
- Stock
- IS (Income Statement)
- BS (Balance Sheet)
All of the Reports pull data from input tabs except for the HR Report and “Product Count” in the Production Report, which required manual entry directly into the report. The Marketing Report works in a similar way, only there is a tab called “Aware & Access” where you enter the raw information, and the Marketing Report Tab organizes it for you.
There’s a tab called “Table of Contents” that lets everyone know where each report pulls its information and explains some of it.
