Some examples that are attached to such motivations include curiosity, the need for acceptance, the need to respect and be ethical. In addition, the need to be organized, the desire to have influence and the need to feel important in the workplace is also another example of intrinsic motivation. Extrinsic motivation shows that an employee motivation comes from outside and some examples attached to this are factors such as the benefit packages, activities organized, bonuses awarded and the employee of the month award. The most common type of motivation in most of the organization is the extrinsic motivation.
