WEEK 5 Discussion 1: Global Perspectives in Organizational Cultures

Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, read Chapters 5 and 6 in El Emary, Brzozowska, & Bubel (2021) and the article by Miao (2022).

Organizations exist in constantly changing environments and most are directly influenced by social changes brought on by globalization. Leaders need to navigate differences in values, norms, ethics, and behaviors that affect the establishment and maintenance of the organization’s culture.
