In an initial post of at least 350 words and citing at least two required resources (see APA: Citing Within Your PaperLinks to an external site. and Formatting Your References ListLinks to an external site.),

• Explore the concept of implicit bias as it is associated with stereotype and prejudice.
  • Defend whether stereotypes are the result of implicit bias, or whether implicit bias is the result of stereotypes.
• Discuss how implicit bias can lead to discrimination in workplace settings.
  • Provide an example from your own workplace experiences (or identify an example from an organization you have researched) of how implicit bias can affect people in the workplace.
• Discuss the dimensions of social categorization and how they contribute to or exacerbate issues of implicit bias in the workplace.
