  • Discuss the elements of DEI programs that are most likely to be ineffective or only marginally effective, citing examples from the literature.
• Analyze the characteristics of effective DEI programs, citing examples in the literature.
  • Outline the elements of a DEI program that are critical for success.
• Evaluate the role of organizational leaders in supporting the effectiveness of DEI programs.
