Choose one of the organizations on the 2021 Best Places to Work for Women and Diverse Managers list. Click on the name and read the profile of the company and why it was selected. Then, access the company’s website. Find information about the organization’s DEI program and initiatives. Hint: Try entering Diversity and Inclusion or DEI in the search function for the organization’s website.

In an initial post of at least 350 words and citing at least two required resources,

• Identify the organization you have chosen to profile, including the organization’s primary product or service and other background information to describe what the organization does.
• Describe why the organization was recognized for its DEI efforts by Diversity MBA.
  • According to Diversity MBA, what distinguishes this organization for its DEI efforts?
• Referencing the organization’s website, describe the kinds of policies, practices, programs, and initiatives that comprise the organization’s DEI efforts.
