Revisit the case provided in the Impact of Globalization discussion forum this week. Sofia has asked you to help her investigate the legal and ethical issues associated with outsourcing and expanding to one of the countries listed. Choose a country and explore these issues.
In a paper of at least 1,250 words (exclusive of title, abstract, and references pages), double spaced, and citing at least two scholarly sources in addition to required readings,
- Describe the legal and ethical issues that Sofia will need to consider in outsourcing expanding her organization to the country you have chosen.
- Evaluate how the expansion of the business to this country will impact local issues in the town where the company is currently headquartered.
- Identify the governmental regulations and legal challenges Sofia will face when outsourcing and expanding to the other country.
- Evaluate how outsourcing and expansion will impact business operations, specifically regarding business culture, ethics, and legal issues.
- Determine the corporate social responsibilities that Sofia will have in working in the chosen country.
