• Discuss how leaders can use agile methods to manage change and what leaders need in terms of access to information and organizational support to make decisions using an agile method.
• Make a case for or against using an agile method when an organization is faced with uncertainty.
  • Support the use of an agile approach to encourage innovation.
• Defend whether there are benefits to using an agile method to make changes and guide decision-making in an organization.
