Organization Behavior Analysis
There was a very strong organizational culture which implied that almost everyone in the organization worked towards having a common belief and behavioral patterns. The management ensured a low tolerance for all the behavior that deviated from the accepted policies. There were set behavioral policies that were made available to every employee so that every one of them would know what was expected of them as long as they were supposed to work for the organization. These policies were strict and most of the employees would find it hard to cope. However, after getting attached to the organization’s goals, employees find the need to comply with the policy.
