Project Initiation Elements

This section informs the user what the project will be seeking to achieve or the main purpose that the project was started. The process in hand is constructing a PID. The projection is then defined following the following criteria the purpose, the objectives, the scope, the deliverables, the constraints and finally the assumptions. In the other section the user will build a business case so as to show why the project is going ahead and has to be completed. This will also include describing the effects that the project will have on businesses and then the following step is to account with all the risks that will be expected from the project.
