The purpose of this assignment is to analyze project risks. Consider the specifics of the Global Treps project and common sources of IT project risk. Review the “Risk Register” section of Chapter 11 in the textbook. For this assignment, read the “Running Case” in Chapter 11 of the textbook and complete the following.

1.  Complete the blank portions of the “Global Treps Project Risk Template” to identify residual and secondary risks associated with the project.
   
2. Review Figure 11-5 “Sample Probability/Impact Matrix” from Chapter 11 in the textbook. Create a similar probability/impact matrix as a new worksheet in the completed “Global Treps Project Risk Register Template.” Plot the risks from the completed Template on the probability/impact matrix.
3. Submit the completed  Template,” including the newly created probability/impact matrix worksheet.

Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
