Satire and Society
Choose two or three songs that are reflective of major issues from the last five years. The songs should discuss historical, political, social, environmental, or science and technological ideas/issues of the 21st century. Once you have chosen the songs, please complete one of the following options:

- For each song, write a description about why you chose the song and what issue(s) is being addressed.
- Create your own satirical song or poem in response to an issue addressed by one of the songs (a minimum of 10 lines).
- Provide an explanation as to how your creation is a satirical response to this issue (two or three sentences).
