Respond to the following 3 questions. Please include the question and then your response:

1.     How does a manager communicate their authority?  Give specific verbal and non-verbal examples.

2.     When dealing with conflicts, which of these style choices from Chapter 5 would you choose, and why (Avoiding, Accommodating, Competing, Collaborating, Compromising).  Give a specific example that demonstrates how you would apply your preferred style.

3.     Briefly describe a communication challenge or conflict you’ve faced at work. Tell us how you handled it or are thinking of handling it.
