Interviewing

Please respond to two of the following three questions. Please include the question along with your response:

1.  Aside from the company’s annual performance appraisal, when should you give feedback and coaching to employees?  How should you introduce such encounters?

2.  What is a specific example of a question you have struggled with answering in a Job Analysis Interview Checklists interview?  How did you handle it, and what might you try differently?  (students– feel free to offer suggestions to other students as well as sharing your own challenge)

3.  What is the relationship between the amount of control an interviewer has and the interview structure?
