If only he had confessed before he was summoned, it could have been a proof that he was intending to look for treatment and rehabilitation. Grievant refusing to attend the drug test in the second time was clear evidence that he knew that he would be caught of having use marijuana and cocaine; hence he was attempting to run away from the reality.
